Peru, 9720.11, Radio Victoria, 1231-1245+ Noted the usual Religious comments from the usual preacher. He sounds tired. This audiable after VOA's Indonesia service goes off at 1230. Signal was still poor. (Chuck Bolland, November 9, 2004)
