Hello friends, Recently I heard a unid latinamerican station on 4917.60 Khz, with atencion......atencion........atencion, por una locutor. I heard it at 2230 UTC here in Utrecht-Netherlands. Was It Radio San Miguel drifting? Thanks for the reactions!
