Alvin Mirabal I'm hearing with regularity Guyana on 3290 from about 0000-0400 here in Delaware but their audio is so muffled and low that they are practically impossible to understand. The programs are clearly in English but is next to impossible to understand anything. The only saving grace is the BBC news at 0400 which is clearly understood. Anyone else noticing this? John P.
