The annual Winter SWL Fest, sponsored by LWCA's sister organization, the North American Shortwave Association (NASWA), will convene on Friday, 11 March 2005. It is typically attended by 200-some DXers from around the world, and in addition to shortwave broadcasting, often deals with topics ranging from longwave to the scanner bands.
