DWelle use to offer a complete language/transmitter text file (non-pdf) for all languages and target areas. Am I right to assume that text file is no longer available or am I just missing it? Hidden question: Is DW discouraging DXers writing for QSLs for non-direct target reception?
VOA use to offer the same file. I have not seen it in a long time and past web pages are no longer usefull. Is VOA also discouraging QSL requests? Anyone else have any better luck in this? ---[Start Commercial]--------------------- World Radio TV Handbook 2005 is coming out.
