** Kirgiziya: Bishkek 1 on 4795 kHz at about 1630 UTC. Russian (Ulan Ude) signal QRM'ed a bit, quite readable signal, though. I could not get (or most propably understand) the station identification, but // 4010 kHz same program (with a better audio), so there should not be any doubt about the station.
