BELARUS 0100-0300 UT portion is very uncomfortable for the average European listener in deep night. But I can tell you, that R Belarus is on air at present [April 5th] from 1900-2200 UT on powerhouse 7105 kHz S=9+30 dB, \\ co-channel VTN suffering 7280, and also on tiny 7290 kHz Latter S=1-2 only.
