Glenn, You are referring the email id of Mr. Jayshaktivel who is the host of the programme. But the QSL is issued by AIR - Chennai. I also came to know from Mr. Jaishaktivel that Rs 10.00 affixed self addressed envelope is required to get the smallest QSL card.
