First private FM station in Bangladesh started test transmission A first private FM station, in Bangladesh Radio Today FM 89.6 has started test transmission. Time of the test transmission is 0300 to 0500 UTC and 1400 to 1600 UTC. This station will soon air daily 24 hours program mainly on the lifestyle of Dhaka City and Live show.
