RTA Algiers heard signing-on 11810 kHz at 1900. Started with national anthem, then "Huna El Djazair" followed approx 30 seconds later by "Idha'atu Quran al-Kareem" [Holy Koran Radio]. Reception was good on 11810 kHz, poor on // 9765 kHz.
