Unid Relay Point, 6140, BBC, 1030-1103 Noted news and commentary in Spanish Language. ID's every once in a while as "...BBC... Mondo...". Don't know where this is being relayed from, but it's nearby my location judging from the quality and strenght of the signal which is good. Can't find this broadcast listed in any of my current reference material and that includes EiBi. BBC promos on the hour followed by another ID, "BBC ...."
