Not 17630 but: Afropop on 17660 went off at 1531* as usual after a semiminute of dead air. During this time I had the BFO on and noted that not only was there a flutter in the amplitude of the signal, but also in the frequency, which I believe is attributed to Doppler effect in the unstable ionosphere.
