I heard the programme on 17705 kHz a few weeks ago over the weekend. Excellent signal here in Germany, no interference or fading at all. There was programming in Chinese listed for AIR, but this was much too strong for an Indian station. I could not figure out where it came from. Could it be a transmitter site somewhere in Europe?
