At 1008 a second male comments which sounds like a political discourse. The music changes at that time to what sounds like a "protest" song. What's goiing on? At 1019 canned ID as, "... This is definitely a Brazilian, but which one is the problem? Both Radio Cultura and Filadelfia are listed on this freq. Signal starting to fade by 1021.
