Came back at 2355 and caught pgm ID/intro "R. Republica dos de ?? electrorio democratico Cubano ?? presento 'El Ser Notiva" or some such. Strong but heavy slop QRM from 5950 CRI. (Valko 16 Oct.)
ANTARCTICA 15476.02 R. Nacional Arcangel San Gabriel 2030 extremely low level uncopiable SP tlk by M at t/in, then 3 nice LA ballads perfectly modulated. Low level ballad then from 2041-2045 inaudible at times, then one started at good level. 2047 usual W anncr barely audible, and song after 2050 were OK. 2056 M anncr, obviously the closing anmnt, impossible to copy. Off a little early at 2057*. They must be having technical difficulties. Not only with the audio, but also with the carrier as it seemed to be jumping between 15476.02 and 15476.0. Its a shame the audio wasn't consistent as it was the strongest yet today.
