Peru, 6019.46, Radio Victoria, 1034-1045 Under Radio Nederland on 6020, noted a weak signal with a male in Spanish comments. Checked 9720 KHz for a parallel, which was there, but it was equally poor. Signal was poor until it went off the air at about 1056.
