Spanish comments
with intermediate music.  Could hear the comments too clear, thus the word 
Vernacular 
attached.  Signal sort of fades by 2330 to threshold.  (Chuck Bolland, December

Tajikistan, 4635, Tajik Radio, 2330-2345 Barely audible, noted a male in 
comments.  Some 
music heard at 2336 which seemed to be Middle Eastern type.  By 2340, back to 
comments.

India, 5010, All India Radio,Thirovananthapuram, 0035-0115  Male in English 
comments. Sounds
like the news.  At 0040 a female in English presenting music.  Later broadcast 
switches to 
Hindu language and in the meantime fades in to a good from a fair level.

China, 4905,   People's Broadcasting Station, 0043-0100  In here with a female 
in Tibetan Language
comments.  She's joined by a male at 0046. Noted parallel broadcast on 6130 and 
5240 KHz with 
6130 being the best of the three freqs.  4905 was poor.  (Chuck Bolland,

Bolivia, 5952.50, Emisoras Pio XXI, 0055-0100, Noted a female in Spanish 
language comments
briefly, then a male follows talking.  These continue even after the top of the 
hour.  Signal was
