anmnts.  1221 ID, TC, a few more brief anmnts, and into soft SP mx.  Live TC 
and canned ID "Este es R. Coatan" at 1230.  Lively LA mx at 1330.  Long 
voice-over tlk 1337-1340, then Ranchera mx.  Could just barely make out 
audio at 1400.  Last time I was able to detect the carrier tone (tuned in 
SSB) was at 1438, 2:08 hours after our lcl sunrise!!  (26 Jan.)

CLANDESTINE  6275.5  R. Arctica  2112 good signal peaking at S-9.  First 
pgm.  End of editorial at t/in w/Web URL and e-mail addr.  Organ mx.  2114 
wind blowing SFX and W w/RS ID anmnt, more instru. mx, then indigenous 
choral singing.  2119-2121 M in EG tlk abt the water/grass and walking in 
the Arctic mixed w/melancholy mx.  2121-2123 tlk by W in RS w/wind blowing 
SFX and ment of the Arctic and Arctica.  2123 more indigenous singing by W. 
2124-2126 wind blowing w/M in EG giving stn mission and then editorial, and 
ending w/Web site and e-mail again.  2126-2127 tlk by W in RS followed by 
organ mx.  2128 signal appeared to go off the air but was fading badly at 
this time.  Not a sign of it on the Web rx, so must be in North America. 
Wonder who was relaying it.  (26 Jan.)
