I heard the transmission from 0955-1007 UTC Jan 15, 1967 from Seward Alaska. It was one of those Winter "over the pole" receptions that are common up there. The QSL card says "for North America" however, I doubt that 1554 khz at such a time would reach the other 49 states. hi.
