presented until 0913 when a male in Portuguese talks. This is followed with
some
music then a female talks. Signal was poor and covered with CODAR. (Chuck

Ecuador, 6125, HCJB, 0925-0935, With Ecuadorian Folk music and Quechua
comments
from a male noted. The signal is very weak which shouldn't be the case if
they are using
100 KW as the PWBR says? Possibly I am in the skip zone or there's a
transmitter
