This is Firedrake jamming against Chinese clandestine Sound of Hope. I have 
reported it a number of times recently. The best source for info on these is 
http://www.geocities.jp/binewsjp/bia08.txt
Look for the * asterisks next to the frequencies (but this also includes other 
forms of jamming). It has also been discussed at length the past few years in 
DX Listening Digest.
