A final word on this ridiculous story. Bedene's list was announced on HCDX
on Jan 28, 2008 claiming to be "much better than the other one". DXCB list,
4th edition, had been released on Nov 28, 2007 - two months before, and has
been left untouched since. Our database has been built during eight years
and thanks to a huge work from our members all over Brasil. How could we
copy from Bedene and why should we need to do it?
No other comment on this matter from Dx Clube do Brasil (hundreds of
member) against a former associate who founded a own club just to release a
own and "better than the other one" list. We believe everyone is free to
spend weeks of his spare time as he likes.

Dear Mick,
I got the answer from Radio Caroline via postal mail. It is a real QSL card,
not a letter. I sent my reception report via e-mail and the answer came from
Pat Edison, who told me that it had taken some time to prepare such new cards.
Greetings from Catalonia, in Spain
Artur Fern?ndez Llorella

Peru, 6019.399, Radio Victoria, 2332-2359, (Pres), Noted two males and a
female with a program of commentary in Spanish Language. Mentions of "Lima"
heard as well as "Norte Americano" during the period. Stayed here hoping
to hear an ID, but at 2358 CRI comes on the air blocking Victoria. Until
the signal was good. (Chuck Bolland, June 8, 2008)
