Bolivia, 5952.50, Emisoras Pio XII, 0201-0215 Tuned in after the hour, but
still heard a
male in Spanish language comments briefly then into music. Something is
causing
QRM periodically which could be splatter. The interference is sporadic.
The signal
dropping into the QRM, then coming back. Even so, signal wasn't very solid
because
