Fair but CHUQRM. Would be easy and 100% copy w/out CHU. Freq drifted down 40 hz. (19 Sept.)

M shouting briefly w/ment of Junin, then more pleasant OA harp campo mx. Live M anncr during check at 1039 w/ment of Junin, musica, and ID, then back to tinkly harp mx at 1040. 1042 live M w/TC, tlk, ments of amigos and Peruana. Clear but not really strong.
