yes, Radio Ethiopia domestic service is heard regularly on that frequency
and it signs off at 2100.

I heard a sign off with a national anthem just after 2100 UTC today
12/17 on 7110, but nothing else stoop out. I am not sure, but I believe
this is Ethiopia. I have an audio clip that I would be willing to share
if asked directly. Has anyone else heard them on this frequency? If
this is not Ethiopia, I still would be interested in determining who it
is.
