January 2, 2009 It appears that what I was indeed logging this morning from 1500 GMT to 1615 GMT was NOT what I previously reported. I was hearing Radio Liberty on 7270, as the ID "Govorit Radio Svoboda" was heard at the end of the 1500-1600 transmission block. At 1601 GMT I did hear a very reduced level English ID of Voice of America (usual male announcer). It appears that the transmitter phasing was shifted to a new target area at 1600 GMT, hense the loss of signal levels.
