Peru, 6019.40, Radio Victoria, 2319-2330 Setting on this freq prior to 2319
with
only the carrier audible, at 2319 the audio popped in with a female in
Spanish
comments. She's shortly joined by a male. This continues to 2330 and
beyond.

South Africa, 3320, Radio Sonder Grense,(pres), 2331-2345, Noted a person
in
comments. Could distinguish the language at this time since the signal was
just
fading in to threshold. The signal did not improve over the next few
minutes.
