Colegas,
No dia 26/03 eu loguei o seguinte:
meu blog. Acontece que o colega Lev Lytochenco do Canad?, me enviou o
seguinte e-mail:
?hi Jorge, Congratulation! Instead of Ethiopia on 7100 KHZ , at 0434 UTC,
26.03. 2009. you got Belarus,Radio Hrodna, Hrodna- just 5kW !!!
I am pretty sure about the language it was Belorussian because i know
Russian Ukrainian and Belorussin and can recognize some others Slavic
languages.
Lev.? http://www.ipernity.com/home/96839
73 e boas escutas,
Jorge Freitas

Many thanks to all those who entered our recent Easter 2009 radio
competition 'Fresh Pacific Wind'.
The question was:
What is the callsign of the radio station operated by the Fiji
Broadcasting Company in 1935.
The answer: ZJV
The winner of the Fresh Pacific Wind [Radio Hauraki] CD was Dene
Lynneberg of Wellington, New Zealand. Congratulations!
Entries came from Argentina, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Netherlands,
China, Sweden, USA, Italy, Russia, Spain, Denmark, Australia, Canada,
South Africa, India, France, Venezuela, Nauru, UK, Pakistan, Jordan,
and Germany.......and 100% of the entries were correct!
Well done everyone, and thanks for taking the time to enter. Our new
competition will be announced very soon...and is the second in our
series this year to celebrate the 50th anniversary of statehood for
Hawaii, USA.
The prize will be a collectable retro 1970's style KPOI-AM T-shirt.
This Honolulu radio station was #1 for a long time, and was even
heard as far away as Europe. So, be watching for the new competition
announcement. Again, it will be open worldwide.
In the meantime, enjoy the entertaining and informative content at
www.radioheritage.net, where we connect popular culture and radio
heritage across the Pacific. The Radio Heritage Foundation is a
registered non-profit organization and virtual volunteers are always
welcome.
