YFR is not scheduled on 9855 at 00-01, so another new unscheduled relay test?
However, VOA Tibetan via Sri Lanka plus Chicom jamming are there, per Aoki, and
there is a registration for the mysterious ``ADM`` via UAE site – could that be
YFR? Not a good idea considering the competition (Glenn Hauser, DX LISTENING
DIGEST)
