"... escucha Radio Quito ..."  canned ID followed with music.  Signal remained 
at

Peru, 5039.20, Radio Libertad, 1038-1045,  Noted Huaynos music with live 
comments
from a male between tunes.  Signal was barely audible over the noise.  (Chuck

Peru, 4746.89, Radio Huanta Dos Mil, 1050-1100,  With a fair signal, noted
a male in live Spanish comments at tune in.  After a couple of minutes 
a few bars of music is presented.  As mentioned, the signal was fair.

Peru, 9720, Radio Victoria, 1100-1115,  Prior to the hour, noted a weak signal
here; but at 1100 the signal popped out of the noise and was reasonably 
readable.  Noted a male talking to a female briefly.  Shortly canned promos
and ID were heard. After the promos, music was presented.    Signal 
continued to improve to a fair level.  (Chuck Bolland, October 15, 2009)

Indonesia, 9680, RRI Jakarta, 1103-1115,  At tune in, noted a good signal with
Indonesian popular music being presented.  There's stuff under Jakarta but it's
of no consequence.  Jakarta remained at a good level during the period.

Indonesia, 9525.86, Voice of Indonesia, 1106-1115,  Noted a female in Chinese
comments.  The VOI has a unidentified type of interference over it.  I think 
it's
splatter from something on 9530KHz.  Anyway VOI remained at a poor level
with the Chinese comments continuing.  (Chuck Bolland, October 15, 2009)

Taiwan,  9735, Radio Taiwan International, 1113-1120,  With a good signal,
noted a female in Japanese language comments.  At 1114 a male commences
to comment.  As mentioned signal was good with no interference noted.

Singapore, 9740, BBC, 1115-1130,  Noted an English language broadcast
of news and features.  Current schedules list this freq for BBC as being
relayed via Signapore.  The signal was good, but it had a slight fade/echo
effect which made it difficult to understand.  (Chuck Bolland, October 15, 2009)

Taiwan(TENT), 9745, Han Sheng, Voice of Kuangh, Tent, 1119-1145,  Noted a 
female in
Mandarin(?) language comments.  At 1121 Music heard which continued until the
1125, when the female resumes commenting.  Please noted the Tentative labels

both AOKI and EIBI datafiles, I am able to pull up different records
on different frequencies rapidly to help with identifying unknown

The weather person on one of our TV channels has 
promised us cooler weather this weekend - 80's.  Tomorrow
a cold front will be approaching South Florida.  That
will be a welcomed change.  The temps have been
in the low nineties since early this year and any 
cool weather that ends up in South Florida is very
welcomed.  I am wondering if this change will 
effect the signals?
