Heard a complete ID at 0100 as "VOA, Washington D.C."

French language conversation.

Heard "Washington" mentioned and "Fort Lauderdale"
mentioned.  This is probably

a local station broadcasting for Haitians.  It is very
strong.  Could not find a listing

anywhere for this type of broadcast.  The signal was
