TRT 15300 kHz is usually on S=9+20dB level.

TURKEY 12035 / 15300 TRT English on Feb 13 at 1400-1420 UT. 12035CAK
suffered a little by buzz content, and had only 20% of modulation level.
Much, much stronger \\ signal of sideback lobe 15300EMR Emirler
transmission on S=9+20dB signal. Co-channel RFI transmission at ISS is
only 600 kilometers away, so mostly on dead zone signal level, S=4 today
1400-1500 UT.

in English being presented by a female. Of course, Turkey is under RFI's
signal, so copy isn't entirely pure so to speak. So I'd say Turkey as
at a poor level and covered up when RFI's signal peaks slightly.
