Bolivia, 6134.810, Radio Santa Cruz, 0935-1000, Noted a male in news until 0941, with many mentions of "Lima" and "Bolivia". At 0942, music presented. Signal this morning is fair, but not as readable as it was yesterday? What's the difference I wonder? I am using the same receiver and antenna. Haven't checked the condition numbers from WWV. Maybe there's an answer there? Anyway, as the time got closer to the hour mark, the signal seemed to improve somewhat. (Chuck Bolland, April 8, 2010) Bolivia, 6155.25, Radio Fides, 0950-1000, At present only Fides is on 6155.25 plus or minus five KHz, so there's interference blocking the signal. Noted a female fading in and out with Spanish language comments. Fides' signal is very poor however. (Chuck Bolland, April 08, 2010) Peru, 6173.86, Radio Tawantinsuyo, 0955-1005, Noted a very weak signal here. No details were gleaned because of the interference on both sides of Tawantinsuyo; however, the station is holding this freq against the likes of WYFR on 6175.(Chuck Bolland, April 8, 2010) Peru, 4950.03, Radio Madre De Dios,Tent, 1025-1035, Noted a threshold signal here. Almost impossible to hear audio, but once in awhile it sneaks in with music. Signal was very threshold.
