It`s been missing for months, as seems to happen every year, but eventually revives. Last report of it in DXLD was March 13 in issue 10-11. At 0600:50 military band plays anthem for almost a minute, then YL announcement, language uncertain but unseems Spanish, then OM chanting until 0613 more melodic music mixed with talk.
