This is a 250kW FEBC station. *Very* nice card on heavy stock just like the old days when stations really tried to make their cards special and collectible. Well, I made it back more or less safe and sound to Kabul, only to come face to face with a desk full of paperwork which no one wanted to deal with in my absence and so have had little time to DX since my return. We had several explosions yesterday in preparation for today's vote and a pretty good-sized earthquake close to midnight, so things are still jumpin' in good ol' Kabul.
