MONACO 9800 TWR Caught their IS at 0655 and EG ID by W at 0700 that sounded like "This is TWR England". Is this xmsn from Monaco or a different relay?? Their website says Monaco. Didn't they used to ID as "This is Trans World R. Monte Carlo"?? (20 May)
