Monchegorsk is in the NW corner of Russia near Finland and Norway, see WRTH 2011 map on page 61, where it`s almost noon. Surely you were getting the other 5930 transmitter at this hour, Petropavlovsk / Kamchatsky on the Pacific Coast over a full darkness path.
