6150 2210-2245 Turkish Northern Cyprus, Radio Bayrak Intl, definitely // the web site. By 2240 strong enough to remove any lingering doubt. This is one time SW needs to thank the computer! I noticed something behind it. Perhaps this is Taiwan, and perhaps I did hear Taiwan mixing with Bayrak last night and then signing off at 2400. I suspect this is the situation. In any case Bayrak definitely there tonight. December 30 ( XM- Cedar Key)

11600 R. TV Libye, 1652, French, talk by a woman over orchestral bed, then ID as "Ici, Radio-TV Libye" and into French cover of Abba's "The Winner Takes it All." Peaking at over S9+30, theb best I've heard them. 2 Jan (David Sharp NSW)

6089.83 FRCN Kaduna, 1730, big pile-up of stations here but this one mostly dominating with news or similar by a man, brief hilife bridges. Overmodulated, "drifty" transmitter if tuned in sideband; noted at .87-ish after about ten minutes, 2 Jan (David Sharp NSW)

4895 Amateur Radio Mirror Int'l, 1826, English, wasn't even looking for this, so a complete surprise. Very strong with talk about ham radio software, DXCC lists, etc. Plug pulled at 1830. 2 Jan (David Sharp NSW)

4765.07 Tajik Radio, 1844, fair, with nice local music, comments by a man. Very low modulation and "warbly" transmitter if tuned in sideband. Also at the upper edge of the Over-the Horizon Radar QRM (everything down freq of this was unreadable). 2 Jan (David Sharp NSW)
