Al, I am looking at EiBi as of Jan 15 (as I was before) and I don`t see any Oman on 13750: http://www.eibispace.de/dx/freq-b11.txt
AFAIK, *all* VIRI broadcasts in all languages begin with a few minutes of Qur`an (i.e. in Arabic).
