Bolivia, 6134.834, Radio Santa Cruz, 1020-1030, Noted two males in Spanish language conversation.
Oops, they are talking on the telephone it seems. It was difficult to recognize it was a telephone conversation due to the poor quality of the audio. At 1024 music is presented for a brief minute, then more comments with "Santa Cruz" and "Lima" heard during the comments. Signal was fading in and out from poor to fair. (Chuck Bolland, February 9, 2012) Bolivia, 5952.48, Emisora Pio XII, 1030-1045, Noted a muffled and weak signal here with a female, I believe, in Spanish comments. Can't clearly make out what she is saying for sure. At 1031 music heard as background. Getting a lot of splatter from nearby signal. Pio XII remained at a poor level during the period. (Chuck Bolland, February 9, 2012) Peru, 6173.916, Radio Tawantinsuyo, 1034-1045, Noted a male in Spanish language comments with an adjacent signal on 6175.026 KHz causing a Het. Audio from Tawantinsuyo is very poor and muffled, while the signal is fair. I suppose for those listening locally, the signal is good enough for their listening? (Chuck Bolland, February 9, 2012) Peru, 4774.963, Radio Tarma, 1042-1100, Noted steady Huaynos type music at tune in. A lot of yelping during the music which is usually the format of their music. At 1043 a male comments in Spanish over the music. Signal was fair during the period. (Chuck Bolland, February 9, 2012) Peru, 4826.38, Radio Sicuani, 1047-1100, At tune in noted single male in Spanish language comments. Noted a pulsing type interference covering this frequency and spreading out for a 100 Khz it seemed. In the meantime, the content of the comments was impossible to make out and the signal seemed to fade to threshold?
