Found the current website for `Moscow Mailbag`, 
http://english.ruvr.ru/radio_broadcast/2248880/
which says it is ``Prepared by Olga Troshina and presented by Tata Mnatsakanyan 
and Max Gorbachyov``. And `Travel Russia` at 0420 is in fact on the program 
grid -- Glenn
