Again, set the NRD timer/MD recorder on this. Was shocked to find a good signal. And since I'd set the AGC off trying to suck up every microvolt of signal, the recording ended up being distorted unfortunately. Signal on the air a little late at 0503:58, then pgm start 15 seconds later w/native chorals and drums mixed w/short anmnts by M. AR ID at 0506, 0507, and EG ID at 0507:30 "This is the Voice of South Sudan Revolutionary R. The voice of South Sudan Revolutionary Radio stands for freedom, justice, equality, and human rights".
