Bolivia, 4699.997, Radio San Miguel, 0016-0025, Noted a threshold signal here with audio heard briefly before it faded into the noise. At 0017 heard additional audio of a male in Spanish language. Nothing heard after 0025. (Chuck Bolland, September 20, 2012) Peru, 4810.097, Radio Logos, 0030-0045, With the usual QRM blanking most of the frequency, heard steady Peruvian type music. A notch filter was necessary to pull out the music however. Signal never improved beyond being threshold.
