Brazil? At 2343 we get a break from the singing while a female comments in Spanish. RSC remains poor. Crashes cover the signal periodically. Signal doesn't improve. Language was not English or Spanish, so possibly Pidgin language. Did not hear anything after that due to bad condx except for the carrier. However, at 1130 UTC hear audio again with male talking. Signal was threshold.
