A lot of noise on the frequency. (Klauber, NY) Moldova – Voice of Russia on 9665 at 0127 in English. Same broadcast is on 9800. OM hosting a review of a book regarding the Russian Symphony Orchestra. Following the book review their was the news at 0130. The broadcast was originating from Grigoriopol, Moldova. The transmitter is running 500k watts.
