Guaráni [sic], Argentina on 1650.13; Hargeisa 7120; Bangladesh 7250; Libya active on 11600 in Arabic at 2000, sometimes as late as 2100; Salem Stereo 14950.8, but not since Sept. 30. He also mentions R. Túvalù reactivated on 621 which he can hear on the coast under a co-channel NZer. Bryan will be back in two weeks. This time must have started up to 4 minutes early, as playback begins with some Marshallese music which was long over by 1330.
