NIGER. 9705.58v, LV du Sahel, 2100-2300*, Nov 23, only  heard
vernacular talk at various checks during this time period. Qur`an  at
2254. Flute IS and National Anthem at 2258. Short test tone at
2300 and  off. Threshold signal at 2100. Slowly improved to a weak
but readable signal  by sign off. Frequency still drifting. Measured on
9705.58 at 2100, slowly  drifting down to 9705.40 at 2215 and 9705.39
