Latest HFCC dated Oct 3 shows 12140 is due west from SAIPAN, and no other frequency at 1230-1330; however at 1330-1430 more khm on 11695 via Iranawila, Sri Lanka, which was the presumed site on 13850/13845 an hour earlier (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST) ** CHAD. 6165-, Oct 7 at 0058:28 tune-in to fair signal with music, no doubt RNT, almost covered up by RHC carrier at *0058.30.
