Hi David, nice catch! It's Radio Verdes Florestas, Cruzeiro do Sul (Acre). ID's 
at 1':15" followed by MW and tropical band frequencies, 940 and 4865 kHz 
respectively.

And they have a nice interval signal at the outset; why is it so much clearer 
than the announcements? (Glenn Hauser, DXLD)
