I heard one weather broadcast in English by OM on 30 November 2014 at 1850 UTC on 16258 khz USB mode in my tecsun pl 660 receiver without external antenna at chennai in India.The transmission was so feeble that I could hear only the words "knots" and the name of American cities like connecticut.The xmsn lasted just few minutes only. Please identify it with Qsl address.
